Word of the Day – ninnyhammer: a fool or simpleton. http://dictionary.reference.com/wordoftheday/2016/04/01 at Dictionary.com

Well, I just can’t help myself….think of it as a revolutionary “Show and Tell”….pure entertainment. I have an app that sends me a ‘Word of the Day’ and it’s a pretty entertaining tool.

I’ve decided to start sharing some words and will include the word in a sentence, of my own making.
I would LOVE to have feedback on this and think it would be a hoot and a fun way to interact and learn. So if you have the time and inclination to do so, leave a sentence for me.

Today’s word is Ninyhammer. You can click the link to learn pronunciation and more about the word. My sentence is:

God love the ninnyhammer, but God help the woman who is married to one! 😃

We’ll see how this goes….enjoy!

Love to Learn,
💡The Crazy Celt 💚

  1. I like this one Tracey. One way to learn a new word as well as how to use it. I look forward to seeing more of these. “I wonder how many times I have been called a ninnyhammer behind my back.”
